Qualities of Creditors

On the About page there is a description of some of the qualities one perhaps should look to remove from the mindset if a creditor is the role sought. The simple reason is a creditor is an authority that resolves matters and does not require a higher authority to resolve anything.

The graphic below previously described in this post summarises the position of man/woman in respect to legal entities such as Governments, Corporation and Persons. Please spend a few moments reading the post for an overview as it’s important to understand the difference between the living and the dead “Person” corporate entities.

Qualities of Public Entities – Debtors

Have you wondered why the current legal system is adversarial in nature? How many lawyers make $$$ from engaging the opposite party on your behalf? Does it make perfect sense for  your public defender to charge for every single interaction? It makes perfect sense. The system works as it should – for an adversarial one.

I have a friend going through a divorce settlement, and the bills quickly mount up when there is disagreement between the parties. The solicitor charges for every single interaction, note, letter, phone call etc – as they should. The reason for this adversarial mess is that it’s being played out in the sea of commerce with legal entities re-presenting other legal entities (a “person”) in the public in a limited liability world. There is nobody responsible for anything of substance. This often leads to argument, to fight, to complain, to create controversy, hence any solicitor should be charging a lot for this type of work, wouldn’t you?

The public entity (Person) cannot resolve anything as it is a ‘dead’ corporation. A person will bring:

  • Argument
  • Complaints
  • no remedy

Qualities of the Creditor (on the private side)

In contrast to public entities, the private side (Man/Creditor) is fully responsible for their actions and brings in the remedy.  They are the ones with the ultimate authority and are the creditors to the public side as they bring the energy to resolve issues. A creditor will bring:

  • Harmony,
  • Resolution,
  • A remedy
The qualities of the creditor are far different to those of a debtor. A creditor resolves, a debtor creates controversy
